      I feel fine at the moment, because I already worked out today, although I am bloating like craaaazy. Working out almost always helps me, because I can see what my body is able to do instead of what it looks like.

    great floor excercise (you really should be lifting higher though on the fire hydrants)
    the absolute most effective, before i move to the weights i always do 30 minutes of floor excercise

    Does all moves on one side bc I’ve been doing Cassey’s videos for almost 4 yrs ;). It does get easier. You get creative during the videos to amp up the intensity to increase the booty gains LOL. 😉 😉 :0
