I'm really excited about this series because this is the time of year when we're just ready to switch up our workout routines!! I'm gonna tell you EXACTLY what to do every day this month, so it'll basically be like I am your personal trainer. The link to the March workout calendar is above!

You have 8 lower ab moves today, and we'll do each for 1 minute with a 15 second break in between. They are:

1. Double Leg Stretch
2. Expanding Tabletops (R)
3. Expanding Tabletops (L)
4. Reverse Crunch
5. Double Leg Lift
6. Double Ds
7. Rollovers
8. Flutters
