If you guys thought last week’s Total Body Transformation workout was hard… you are gonna DIE this week!!! Today’s video is all about the inner thighs (shorts season. It’s coming!!!).

You have 8 inner thigh slimming moves today, and we’ll do each for 1 minute with a 15 second break in between. They are:

1. Side Squat (R)
2. Side Squat (L)
3. Plie Squat with Right Heel Up
4. Plie Squat with Left Heel Up
5. Inner Thigh Lift Pointed (R)
6. Inner Thigh Flexed (R)
7. Inner Thigh Lift Pointed (L)
8. Inner Thigh Flexed (L)
