Yes, today is a cardio day, but I wanna do something different. So we WON'T be using a timer, or counting reps. I want you guys just to have fun and sweat a little! to some of my current fave top hits! Just do the moves to the beat and let yourself be free!!! The cardio moves are:

    I love these cardio dance workouts a lot! The reps and timer is what makes me not like cardio as much so I like when cardio is dancing to the beat 🎵
