This is a total body fat burning workout designed for beginner like you to start losing weight quick and effective. No equipments are needed, just you and your enthusiasm!
Do this workout 3 times weekly, together with cardio (swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, walking up the stairs etc), 3 times weekly for 30-45mins for best result.
Estimate Cals burn is between 350 – 450 Cals (4 sets). The heavier you are, the more you burn.

No shade or nothin but you say to do it 4 times for a beginners workout.. I’m a beginner and really out of shape I could only do it once..
I modified some from her beginner low impact work, which is awesome. I still find this one really tough. Maybe I’ll just do 2 of these and 2 of the low impact
Everyone is different if it’s your first time it hurts for a couple of days I couldn’t sleep or sit up properly when I did it for about 4 days witch was last month but now I’m doing just fine and improved a lot doing 100jumping jacks, 40 sit ups and ect each time just cause you couldn’t do it once doesn’t mean it’s impossible for a beginner
as she said if you are struggling 4 times in a row spilt it up to two in morning and two afternoon or jut to two to begin with and then up it once you are stronger. go at your pace.
@Isla Grace its not adviced to exercise each day as you reppetative strain injury, thats what happened to me so that is why its every other day to avoid that.

Walk jogs swimming etc …then do workouts like this one and soh s “morning fat burning ” one and use dumbbels or kettlebell 3x a week.please motivate us by telling your progress here! After doing this routine for 2 weeks I’ve lost 2 inchs on my belly and 1 inch on my waist (don’t know about my weight, I don’t have any scales) I could only manage 2 rounds for the first week and 3 rounds on the 2nd week yet still saw results… imagine how much more I could have lost if I did all 4 sets!! 😱 DONT GIVE UP!! 🙌🏾💫

these things will go away if you follow the video, as she said be committed. excuses that if you really want results you can easily put away, besides food can still be life but make sure it food that’s good for you. there are so many healthy meals that taste great out there believe me i have whole recipe books of them.
Do at night before bed time in your bed room
Why shy? Try doing it in a closed room. I felt the same earlier but once you start doing it , the shyness goes away. Focus on your goal🙂

I know many of you complain that it’s not beginner. I don’t think so either: when I first tried it I don’t think I even went past the lunges. So here’s how I lost weight:
A. Just find an exercise u love. For me it’s jump rope (u can burn 125 cals in 10 mins ONLY) and dancing. That’s all I did to lose five kilos in a week.
B. Find ways to move ur bod. Take the stairs. Walk more. Maybe make ur backbag a lil heavier. I know it’s no brainier, but even fidgeting helps a lot.
C. Now, step a little up. You are now gettising used to movement so try learning a couple of exercises the ones mentioned or take help from net. And FREESTYLE. I do like 20/25 crunches, side leg raises, bicycle crunches, mountain climbers, plank till I feel tired enough to sleep. It’s all impromptu and that actually makes it fun.
And voila u can now try YT workouts or challenges or whatever!
