    I have to say these are pretty interesting workouts for arms xD Usually see push ups, arms and shoulder raises but the first two exercises you showed is definitely unique and interesting haha

    It’s good that she admits to the workout burning and hurting too because with a lot of workout trainers they act as if it’s the easiest thing in the world and it discourages a lot of people because they’re having a difficult time. Really appreciate it ♥️

    I’ve always wanted a tattoo on my shoulder, but I HATE my arms so much that I refuse to show them. Even in the summer, I don’t wear tank tops or even T-shirts because i’m so afraid others are going to see them. I get really hot since I only wear shirts that cover the elbow, and I wish so badly that I could wear cute tops… My biggest goal though is a tattoo on my arm, so here I am working out my arms. I’ve been doing this (and a variety of other blogilates videos) for just over a month along with clean eating, and I haven’t seen much of a difference in my body yet. It’s so easy to get discouraged but I don’t want to give up this time since i’ve been trying to lose weight for 8 years. I think I can do it, the stories I read in the YT comments really motivate me. Hold me to it! Thank you so much Cassie and thank you everyone for inspiring me with your successes. It’s so hard but I just want to be happy and look the way that I feel on the inside.

    I’m extremely skinny so my arms looks like a skeleton but I started doing this workout almost everyday and my arms look healthy now… If that make sense. I even have a little muscle. Lol!😂💪 Thank you!!!

I have been doing this for a month and have seen noticeable results 🙂 I unfortunately didn’t measure myself before and not sure how much fat i’ve lost exactly but my friend told me my arms looks noticeable smaller and lost fat on the upper arms! so happy about this T_T

    update. (( i know this is long but i hope i can reach at least one person with the words that i’m about to say. i love you.))
    it’s been almost a year since a left this comment here and in this whole year, so much has changed. not in a good way though, because when i went to college, i had to quit following blogilates and doing workouts everyday including this video. today i was sitting and thinking “is this the life i want? am i really gonna sit here and wait till someone loves me and tells me that i’m beautiful and make me believe that?” i realised how a pathetic person i almost became and i was like “yeah, it’s me moving on now. even if i break sometimes, i am me and no one can change this about me.” and yes, it is the most powerful feeling ever. you, whoever reading this comment; just get up from wherever you are sitting on right now and play your favorite song which makes you dance like crazy. and then remember that you have a beautiful body. you are beautiful just as you are, you just have to realise that, right now. you can change your body if you want to, but no one can tell you so. ((except for those who have really serious issues with health because of their weight.)) do you want to change your body? then it is your job to do that. do you want to be loved? love yourself first. respect yourself first. xoxo

    Workout Hack: If you also want to work on your core, balance, and posture, try doing these while standing on one leg and alternating, that way you do even more in 6 minutes!!!
