If you refuse to get up in the morning, be sure to fit in this 5-Minute Ab Exercises. These moves will strengthen your core and keep you awake in the morning too. No excuses!

Sequence: 50 seconds Workout, 10 seconds Rest, 5 Intervals
Duration: 5 minutes per set (Aim to complete 3 sets)

Exercises:
1) Full body crunch
2) Crisscross
3) Wide Leg Cross Sit-ups
4) Leg Raises
5) Single Leg Pulses

Be sure that you are focusing on using your core muscles and not straining the muscles in your neck or shoulders. And just remember that we cannot spot reduce fat. In order to get a flat belly, it is a combination of regular cardio, total body strength training, core workout (such as this workout) and eating a well balanced diet. If you are consistent with your workout and meal plan, you should see and feel the difference in 4 – 6 weeks.

  • V77710 says:

I don’t have a gym mat, so I do my ab exersizs on the bed too, but without being rude, my bed is old and it sounds like im making love when i do crunches

  • 1024specialkay says:

    GOAL: do this every morning.

  • Kathryn Pugh says:

What a creative idea! I always hear the excuse “I’m to lazy to get out of bed to exercise” But with this workout you can’t use that excuse! I can really tell what you mean by it being harder on the bed surface versus my yoga mat too. Great video!

  • Faye Mante says:

I really wish working out is as easy as sleeping and eating

  • MS RedLight says:

this is the only video where i actually feel like im doing something, I actually feel sore the next day! 🙂 however the last exercise I only feel it in my leg :/

  • Reigne Wolvenshire says:

This is exactly what I need. I live a sedentary lifestyle due to depression and being out of shape and it’s so hard to get out of bed. But I thought, well why don’t I just exercise IN bed? It’s so much less stressful. Thank you for the video!

  • Col. Sanders says:

these are great..especially more comfortable than doing those on the floor.. ease on your back

  • Anais Rivera says:

Who else did it while watching the video?

  • Tita Pinky says:

My dog did not appreciate me doing exercises in bed Lol 🙂

  • Sirena Rose says:

When I typed in “exercises to do in your bed” I didn’t expect to find anything I thought I was the only lazy person to even consider that. I’m so happy I’m not though 😊 I felt the burn too!

  • j-hope's cheekbones give me life says:

4:10 *try not to poo too hard on the bed*

  • XDeshie And ya boi Nate says:

I think the crisscross is the most impacting to me!

  • DG Vlogs1012 says:

Honestly I really like this. I have done it a few times. But seriously I died from the crisscross. 😂

im at 2:46 and im already out of breath wtf

  • Tracy Allen says:

I am dealing with chemotherapy right now for breast cancer. The chemo takes so much of my energy away but, I have lost 25 pounds so I’m excited about that. However, I still have more belly then I want and I’m looking at my butt getting flatter. The little bit of what you did in your video that I tried today felt good. I believe that these exercises can help me work on my body while I go through this yucky chemo and in time, help me with my strength. So thank you for this video. It’s not all about the lazy… Some of us are fighting some serious battles and don’t have the strength to get up out of bed but this may help 💞

  • Holland Oates says:

Your bedroom looks like a hotel room. I dig the paint color.
