This workout combines both core exercises together with bodyweight cardio to give you a stronger and more defined abs, while keeping your heart rate pumping, to maximise fat burn!

After circuit 3, i can’t do more. Sorry jonna hahahaha. Tomorrow i will do it until circuit 4. I badly needed this challenge to reduce fats thanks for this routine!!!!

Yes! This is exactly what I need! I’ve had the same workout regimen for the past few weeks and I’ve been starting to feel like it’s losing it’s effect (physically and mentally). Plus it didn’t help flatten my belly AT ALL. I’m definitely going to take up this challenge and maybe even start today!
