Today we're going to build off of last week's thigh foundations workout and yes, it's going to get a bit more extreme!!! We are going to focus on isolated movements to give you a deep thigh and leg workout to help you build strong and slim thighs. I know you guys can handle it. Are you ready?!

    Hey Cassey, I’ve been following you and doing your workouts for years now and love all the content you create. However since my pregnancy and the birth of my beautiful first child I haven’t done any of your workouts. First because I was too lazy during pregnancy and now because I fear that I might end up hurting myself… I had a mild diastasis recti which is now closed, but I fear opening it up again and I still have some problems with my pelivic floor. So now I’ve been trying some other youtubers postpartum workouts which are fine but I miss your energy during workouts…
    So maybe, just maybe you could give me any advice on what videos/excercises are okay for me to do or maybe you could do a “postpregnancy” series?
