I agree 100%! I started her workouts during quarantine, I used to hate to sweat and feel fatigued but then I discovered her way of doing things: she challenges her audience and we can see results but she helps SO MUCH with putting us in the right positive mindset, it’s exactly what I needed to get off my butt and start taking care of myself πŸ’ͺπŸ’š

  • Fitnessa says:

Who’s trying to get that glow up before quarantine is up?? This looks soo good πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

    • Mette says:

May I recommend doing her Lolo Jones’ Legs n’ Lunges song challenge lol. You can maybe just repeat it a few times, but it’s in my opinion one of the hardest leg workouts of hers for me 😩😩 (oh and how could i forget the 1000 squat challenge if you want something longer haha)

  • Katie Xox says:

okay you guys i’m gonna be doing progression down below ( along with 7 day glute and arms)
like to remind me to update you x

    • Ganesha V says:

I think u should slow down ur overestimating urself …more than 1 hour n 30 minutes of exercise is harmful ur body will get extremely exhausted which will cuz u to loose motivation n feel a lot pain next day which will make u skip work out n then break the challenge

    • Katie Xox says:

    • Katie Xox says:

Ganesha V but i’ve been training for quite a while and my body has been use to lots of exercise before so it’s okay :))

I’m so excited to power through this challenge! Cassey’s 20-minute inner thigh isolation workout has truly helped me tone my legs and strengthen my quads and calves, so I’m absolutely sure this one and the upcoming Beautiful Thighs Sculpt will be effective as well. πŸ₯°

  • Psyche Q says:

Cassy makes her workouts look easy and that never ceases to fool me.

  • Weirdo CD says:

Yess last week!!! I can’t believe I’m almost finished with the last week. Thank you so much Cassey!! All of these workouts are amazing and very helpful! Thanks again for your positivity!!❀

I absolutely LOVE how by the end of the week, I pause the video lesser, I push myself harder, improve my form and ditch the modifications. THANK YOU, Cassey. You’re an absolute queen β™‘β™‘

  • southernbellechef says:

Cassey in Round 2: β€œYou guys doing ok?”
    Me:πŸ₯΅ sure

  • Noushin Jaan says:

I miss the old “hardcore” workouts :(. Like extreme abs 3 or Victoria’s secret arms. These were real killers

    • Mette says:

You can always increase the difficulty by not resting, adding weights, or make the move as a harder version! I do this a lot w/ abs where I β€˜always’ keep my arms behind my neck instead of under my tailbone ((:

  • theFitty says:

*Well, we all saw this coming ^^ πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ* LEGS GONNA BE JELLO THIS WEEK!
