      LOL!😄 ….Pizza and Carbonated drinks _’on the regular’_ will definitely keep the stomach fat, bloated & big.

      I eat Stews, chicken Soup and other meals that produce ‘delicious’😋🍲 bone broth while they cook. So bone Broth is part of my weekly diet. Nothing new here. My family and I, didn’t grow up on the _’Standard American Diet’ (SAD)_ Or _a ‘Western Diet’_ Thank Goodness. My Daily meals & snacks includes a Boatload of Veggies, Fruits, Nuts, Grains and Herbs. I eat a Nutritious Balanced Whole Food Diet _(‘Real Food’)_ Not heavy in meats, Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free; especially since I Cook. People who rarely cook Or don’t like to Cook rely on Junk Foods, Fast-Food, Take Out and Microwave Foods which are highly-processed, and leads to Obesity, Gut issues, weakened Immune system, Heart Disease & other Chronic Illness.

      _Chronic Diseases are now at an Epidemic proportion due to Poor Diet. 60% of people with Chronic illnesses today is a result of Poor Diet of Highly processed Foods, Heavy in meat & dairy since so many people make _*_Bad Food Choices_*_ even with all this knowledge on Nutrition floating around these days._
