Doc oz is a fool
Just finished my first month of Keto (November) and I lost 16lbs. Going for the same (at a minimum) for December!
CANDI NEEDS TO LOSE WAY MORE THAN 35 POUNDS.
I actually eat 50% vegetables and salads and the rest fats and protein and it’s been 2 years.. good health and amazing results
