    Just cause you live a healthy life style without any previous conditions and you are young , doesn’t mean you’re automatically immune.
    Perhaps a healthy life style might decrease your odds but the chance of complications or death still remain. Very different from being totally immune from it. Infact, no one is. But don’t use this as an excuse to eat cheese burgers and ice cream everyday.

    HERE’S ANOTHER POSSIBLE WAY YOU MAY GET CORONAVIRUS. I NOTICED THAT I COULD DETECT THE SMELL OF CIGAR SMOKE COMING FROM PASSING CARS THAT EXCEEDED THE SIX FOOT SAFE ZONE.     Lost my belly in 1 week eating low-carbs and eliminating sugar – used Stevia instead. Veggies don’t really fill you up, but have some veggies with your chicken, meat and fish.

    Watch your BMI, body mass index….I’m a 63 year old guy and my BMI is 23. Above 25 you’re overweight. Over 32, you’re obese.
    Do weights, exercise, and change diet. Get off sugar, like, get rid off processed sugar totally. Sweeten with Stevia or monkfruit.
    Honey is OK.

    I stopped watching Dr Oz many years ago after conflicting shows. He had an “expert”on statins that was so convoluted. Then his weight loss products were fraudulent. Why he is still on TV is irresponsible. I think he is a dangerous person because people actually believe him. It’s all about making vast amounts of money.
