      what are you eating as those 300 calories? That is as important as how much. Sounds like your food choices have shut down your metabolism. You can ramp up your metabolism by your choice of food and timing of when you eat.

    Yes, like us Muslim people in ramadan. We eat midnight and then until the night we don’t eat anything, but I think this died you just ate and midnight and then the day you just drinking.
