    This is pretty stupid and not sustainable. Drink 10 gulps each when you drink? You’ll be going back and forth to toilet every 30 minutes.

    Eat bunch of veggies salad? You’ll feel miserable after 3 days.

    Working in cubicle and go to toilet and do that muscle tension thing? I hope you don’t burst out your eyes with glaucoma.

    Just do 16 hours fasting and eat more meats and fat, cut the carbs. Done!

    The problem with oats is it makes you go to the bathroom more. I hate going shopping and then have to run to find a bathroom. Lol
