      AT OCDesignzz yes you do if I paid you one million dollars would you make time yes you would exercise speeds the rate you burn. calories the more calories you burn the more weight you lose with so along with what you eating you will double your weigh loss by you eat the food only your body will soon adapt to those calories and you metabolism will slow down trust me that the way our body is made even as much as just walking will do wonders try getting up an hour early or if you have a favorite show you watch and you have a stationary bike or treadmill you can accomplish two things any book will tell you the exercise is thee most important thing of any diet program you you embark on you say you lost 5 pounds had you exercised you could have doubled that now bear in mind I told a friend of mine the same thing she started a diet changing what she ate she was losing some weight but when I told her what exercise would do she tried it she was walking on a treadmill while watching her favorite TV show she doubled her weight loss she was so excited then she stepped on the scale and her heart fell to the floor her scale showed different she was thinking she lost twenty pounds or something but it was five pounds less then she thought I told her flex you legs she did what do you see look feel that it was muscle slabs of hard muscle feel the back of your legs and the hamstrings and calfโ€™s she used to have legs that had no shape now she never wore shorts or dresses because of that she asked then how is it my clothes are so lose ? I said to her you lost fat while gaining muscle that the best way to lose weight muscle weighs more the fat so now you burn even more calories she now has the treatment set on a 15 incline and starting to lift weights so she can tone her upper body as well so please do yourself a favor trust me it worked for me it worked for my friend

    You canโ€™t use just any old Apple cider vinegar it must be unfiltered unpasteurized with the sediment on the bottom called the mother which has the probiotics in their other vinegars will just be just ingesting acid

    Honestly I did the acv detox just eating lightly like fruits or baked chicken and greens here and there and lost 30 pounds in 30 days it was the best feeling ever ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ after baby #2 I have another 30 to loose so Iโ€™m doing it again starting February 1st. Goodluck to anyone trying it๐Ÿ’ซ
