    Yep, as long as you get in a work out your good, everyone don’t have time for 30-60 mins at times.

    Celebrity Trainer? what a Chump! and Dr Oz? i cant believe you would give Credence to this rubbish. Your body cant get warm in 60 seconds, and you cant get any benefit from those “stretches.”
    Hitting your body as hard as you can without a “real warmup”may suit younger people but this will not work for mature people at all’; in fact training without dedication to form will leave them wide open for permanent injury.
    So is Dr Oz selling “Wooden nickels and Snake Oil now?”
    Shame on you!
