@BM Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye..oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Gluten may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb which may cause health issues and low thyroid etc.. The Asian diet helps the brain/body/weight minus MSG/wheat/soy.

This diet is gluten free. Adele is in low sunlight/England…where gluten issues are high due to the low sunlight which causes autoimmune attacks. No gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label/heated oils…taking vitamins/good oils/minerals…probiotic…LDN..detoxing may help a person be normal weight. Sirt food diet is gluten free.

@BM Yes….Vit D3 helps autoimmune attacks. Low sunlight triggers gluten issues. 5000IU of Vit D3 and sunlight may help.
No Grain No Pain book by Peter Osborne is gluten free. The Sirt diet is gluten free. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye..oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten…is a grass. Gluten/dairy/sugar may cause swelling/inflammation. Gluten may hurt the thyroid and other glands and the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. 2 weeks of no gluten may give 1000X more energy since the gut lining is healing and more nutrients absorb and help a person feel 20 years younger.

Those food are yummy.i don’t why people eat burger or junk foods.am african and i don’t know why everytime i eat burger or MacDonald because i was so hundry i do not have time to cook because working and school i got sick.sometime i think that i might me the oil or because am not used to eat.that is so weird right.your body feel sick right away after eating MacDonald or burger king.since now i don’t what is behind that issue.so people feel free to eat good foods and yummy
