    Dr.Oz.The Shaun T’5 minute Fat Blasting work out.That’s the types of work out I loved. Good body moves for Stretching of Limbs, I am going to do the work out. I loved to do daily exercise,Health eating Habits fresh fruits and Vegetables,Drinking plenty of water.Two of my daily exercise lay flat on my back on a mat use my two hands to push my upper body,Do drop kicking with my two legs as if I am riding on a Bicycle.Another times I jump rope in near by Park or walking long Blocks for 30 minutes.
