Ladies, birth control pills MESS UP HORMONES!!! off the pill it may become worse, but you can balance your hormones with herbs etc.
Take LUGOL’S IODINE (I buy it from Amazon.com) it’s in milligrams instead of micrograms. MUCH more effective. One to 3 drops a day in water.
    Plant based organic diet
    Drink clean filtered water
    But a shower filter
    Do an herbal parasite cleanse
Go to a naturopathic doctor to get a hormone level blood test.
If you have high estrogen and low progesterone (most common from using birth control pills) take DIM – Estroblock is a good brand.
Use other balancing herbs like VITEX and Shatavari.
Take an herbal LIVER CLEANSE supplement to assist your body.
    Drink plenty of water.
    Good rest.
    Meditate to release stress
EXERCISE!! So important to move the lymph!
Bentonite clay & apple cider vinegar mud masks
Say kind things to yourself and have Graditude everyday.
Good luck sisters! (You can do this 🙂
    Give it time.

  • Phoenix says:

These were tips that won’t help anyone unless you get occasional cosmetic acne! I get hormonal acne – i.e I start getting it just after I ovulate – it gets worse and worse until about halfway though my period. Then it starts to clear up. And it goes like that, every single cycle. I’ve tried so many things but the only thing that’s ever helped is accutane. 🙁

    • Louvenia says:

Lokison I’m trying beta carotene. I’ve read some forums where people say it helps. Basically the body will turn what it needs of it into vitamin A and the rest will be used as an antioxidant. So you don’t get all the harmful effects of too much vitamin A.

Thank you for mentioning this Phoenix! I’ve been so frustrated with breakouts lately and I haven’t put 2 and 2 together, that it gets worse during that time of the month. Seriously, I don’t know how that didn’t dawn on me. I will now pay closer attention to that as a trigger.

    • Irrelevant Being says:

Phoenix my hormonal acne lasts two weeks :/

    • laura flowers says:

i used to have hormonal acne and nothing would ever work on it then i started taking the combined pill without breaks and my skin literally completely cleared up. sudocrem really helps too because it contains zinc oxide which reduces oil production and also really helped when nothing else would

I’m amazed that nobody talks about diet. A poor diet makes acne so much worse.

    • Azizah Kasim says:

@Alice Warren omg is that true ??! And how do we know if our skin is oily or not

    • Alice Warren says:

Azizah Kasim it’s true for my skin at least, I have very oily skin and it makes it so much worse if I over wash my skin. There are lots of different skin types from dry to combination to oily and you can be a mix of a few of those in different places (for example my face is oily but my shoulders are quite dry). You can test your skin type by taking quizzes online or just seeing how your skin wears throughout the day, wether it becomes shiny or is peeling etc.

    • Azizah Kasim says:

@Alice Warren ah I see now ! Thank you for sharing this very informative advice

I got new breakouts everyday, I hadn’t ever seen any terrible thing like that. Today, I don’t get any new breakouts; my skin looks younger, brighter and smoother. Thanks to *AcneCureOnline. Com*

  • MM Lopez says:

This is just for CLOGGED PORES which everyone gets and yeah these things help but when you have hormonal acne or adult acne these things won’t clear your skin you need to treat it from the inside first

  • Maxim C. says:

The *main* cause of one’s acne is one’s skin and/or gut (internal) problems. Someone is just more fortunate than other to not have a weakened general/gut health…

It’s *definitely* not about “touching your face with your hands, not perfectly clean pillow etc. other such bullshit”, a healthy skin can and will handle those kind of things – the problem is *internal*…

  • Lawstidentity says:

They holding hands is so awkward

  • Sharkwin 040804 says:

Do u know how unfair it is when u watch everything u eat, like eating greens, vegies and fruits and u avoid all yummy stuff like pizza, ice cream etc. While other people eats pizzas, chickens, oily foods, and more yummy foods they don get break out! Even people from the streets they sleep in the street which we pass and their face touches the dirty floor, but how come they got a clearer skin!
