    Monks disengage themselves from worldly things, especially 💰. This is how they maintain peace within. This man is an EX monk and selling books to cash out. If you have common sense, what does that tell you? 🙄
    Anyway anxiety and depression is *”spiritual unrest.”* Our spirit is telling us it’s agitated and tired of worldly things. That’s because we were created for a reason and we were created to be here temporarily. We weren’t created to walk in FEAR but to walk in FAITH. Fear comes from a _negative force._ Clean the trash out of your life and rebuild through meditation, prayer and fasting. Every Wed and Fri is good. Embrace love for all, forgiveness, compassion and humility ..and you will find peace.
