IF rocks. Check out Dr. Mindy. She can hone it in for you. But only one diet has proven to be cardiovascularly the best and that is the vegan diet. I honestly cant do it. I like a little fish from time to time. But IF is SO good for your body. He never really touched on autophagy. That’s a little longer and a little deeper, but it is fantastic for us to do. We just aren’t meant to have food in our bodies all day every day. Hunger is healing. God bless, LA

Is this for people that don’t exercise? People need more food when they workout, Right?
I believe so. I did this fasting regimen and ate mostly keto but also ate fast food twice a week for 2 months and lost 25lbs, without doing any extra exercise… just walking my dog 3x a week.
Summary:
1.Intermittent Fasting
*Fast for 3 non consecutive days out of the week
*Fast 16 hours and eat 8 hours
2.Protein Cycling
*On low days Restrict total protein intake to 25g.
