Why couldn’t we take someone with COVID-19 immunity, put there blood through a column with Sars-Cov-2 antigens, thereby pulling out and separating the B-cells with antibodies that bind to Sars-Cov-2…
Then study these antibodies and find which have highest potential to neutralize…
Then select the best B-cell genetic candidates and create a cell culture made of these B-cells and strongly induce them to spit out large amounts of antibodies (thereby taking advantage of the powerful genetic enhancers and promoters of active B-Cells)… conveniently secreting antibodies into media? Could we automate this process for any virus?
Creating a culture of genetically modified B-cells that can spit out any therapeutic protein at extremely high yields seems like it would be a highly profitable venture? Genetically switching out genes for therapeutic proteins allowing the B cells to spit out therapeutic proteins into media? Or a monoclonal B cell culture?
Being able to switch out the genes for any therapeutic protein into hematopoietic stem cells that can differentiate into B-cells that express and secret therapeutic proteins into media seems like it’d save a lot of time for protein expression and purification? Trust me I know these things are always more complicating than face value and even if it’s possible it couldn’t be done over night… but I’m sure you’re the one who can determine whether this is actually feasible or not…

I’ve read somewhere I just couldn’t remember what science article it is, that flight animals are harboring viruses and fight it because it takes a lot of body heat to fly. Flight animals have adapted to the virus that’s why it doesn’t bother them

Amazing how many doctors are cautious of Hydroxychloroquine because they say there isn’t enough data … yet they ALL have taken hydroxychloroquine.. hypocrites much ??
That is because of FDA. The FDA won’t say it’s approved for use with Covid. And the docs can’t say it is effective because someone will sue if they take it and it doesn’t work for them.

Also Italy and the United States confirmed that rate of mutation of the virus is very slow when compared to flu viruses — so it won’t need annual vaccinations and immunity developed is likely to hold because the mutations aren’t dramatic enough to effect the bodies ability to recognize and kill the virus
I’m not a conspiracy theorist usually, but I wonder why so many of the doctors either won’t mention or underplay hydroxychloroquine’s effectiveness when used on high risk patients, and the earlier used the better the results have been. Dr. Zelenko in NY developed a 3 drug therapy of Hydroxy, Zpac, and the mineral Zinc and of his first 200 high risk patients, only 2 had to go into hospital and none to ICU. The 2 drugs and mineral Zinc are also very cheap! Ding! Maybe these doctors have a vested interest in other drugs/vaccines… I sure hope thats not the case in this case. Stay safe!
