    This is so relatable. I’ve been in recovery for about 6 years and I haven’t had an anxiety attack in YEARS at least 6, until this Covid. Last month I almost made my husband take me to the hospital because I thought I was going to have a great attack. I really had to pull myself together, focus, get out of my head… All of this!!! YESSSS, this is exactly what I had to do. Let go, understand I can only control so much, and emotional eating is right up there too. Ugh… Crazy times!
