What a stupid idea. First of all most of the weight is just water because of high altitude. I’m a real coach what you need to do is be sensible And eat when you feel like it but not for the sake of it. Don’t try to lose weight on vacation just put 1-2 pounds on and enjoy it. It takes 1 weeks to lose that fat when you come back or even before you go. Did she just say she lost weight because of the food being natural? That has nothing to do with fat loss.
