I believe I am a combo type of Stress/Sugar Types. I have been through a huge longstanding stressful situation, and I also craved sweets. I struggle with midsection rolls, love handles as well as hanging abdomen. Thanks Dr.Oz❤

This is an amazing video! I myself deal with the stress body type. I find that tea and honey are my best friends when it comes to soothing myself and relaxing.
With the sugar type, I feel like he should’ve mentioned simple carbs, since they turn into sugar later on. In that case, I’d definitely say I’m a sugar body type.
