    NO COFFEE?? NO WAY!!! I will start the post-gastric bypass diet! My doctor and I had to deal with my migraines due to no caffeine! So, I ended up having my morning caffeinated coffee! I lost over 200 lbs and got too thin! I gained back about 40 lbs and have kept it off since 2005. I have gained about 20 lbs due to the Pandemic, so I’m going to start the post-gastric bypass diet again! It will help my stomach to shrink and get the extra pounds off quickly and successfully!
