I’m about 20 pounds more than you and mine says 3,100 . I know that’s not right but maybe it is. I know I have been eating way more than that so any deficit is a good thing

I’m going to go with 330 grams protein daily with weight lifting. On a split routine… That works to the tune of 3.5 lbs per week in loss. For young people… Ím 67… Good luck

Build muscle sleep well
Move more(cardio)
Track calories ingested by overestimating them so that you eat less
Track calories burned by underestimating them so you burn more or eat less to compensate.
Lift weights or do bodyweight workouts period.
@Mr. YouTube I do track and watch what I eat, I’ve outted almost all carbs and sugar, upped my water intake, no sugary drinks, Im trying dr oz system 20 now and have only lost 3 lbs the 1st week and nothing since , I can’t do over the top cardio do to a bad heart, but I have started walking 2 miles a day, I’ve been dealing with this weight since my heart issues started 12 years ago, I’m not horribly obese but I do need to loose at least 75 pounds, it’s horribly frustrating. 😪
Sugar needs to be removed from our diets. I do IF as well. I lost 50lbs, I run 3 miles a days and feel awesome. I’m 1.5lbs away from my goal weight.
