A Dr just put me on to a way to lose weight quickly. Ginger root. I’ve been using it mixed with chamomile tea and drinking slim fast. I dropped eleven pounds right away without working out. Only other thing I did was started drinking ginger and lemon kombucha. I’m sticking with it. The slim fast really works too makes you use the bathroom a lot. Good luck…

I have s.l.e lupus and it’s hard for me to keep weight off because of the medication and stress I was 304 lbs and I have lost weight with the 21 day fit but my goal weight is 180 but I recently was told by h.s.s that I have arthritis in my hips should I keep going or should I try something new dr.oz what advice can you give me
