      @Bijou Palace look for other foodmarkets mate. I spend about 50bucks a week for eggs, bacon, salmon, veggies, kaleshakes etc, etc.

      Pay less for everything but food. Food is the last thing you should save your money on. I’d rather give up on brand clothes and similar stuff

      @LFC shankss you can, but its higher in carbs/sugars so dont go nuts on them. Im maintaining on keto atm. And I do have tomatoes and carrots etc. I eat alot of kale (drinks/shakes), and different vegetables. I do not count the carbs with them. Example. Today I ate one almond/heavy cream with stevia “milkshake” for breakfast. Then some coffe. Dinner/lunch i ate 4 eggs, spinach, ruccola, mayo, shrimps and tuna. And for lastmeal a kaleshake and 3 peanutbutter keto cookies.

      Usually I do one meal at dinner time with the kaleshake and some extra fat (like the peaunutbutter cookies). But this week im not doing Intermitent fasting… and its hard to eat this much ๐Ÿ˜‰

      Ive measured because I always cook and never use a measuring cup. I wanted to see how my portions were. My handful is about 1/2 a cup not a cup. But I weigh things when i eat anyway so no big deal. I was always told in school your protein is supposed to be the size of your fist. But who knows. I never listened haha

      my fitnesspal measures protein, most of the foods on there are put in calories with butter and salt, so i just made my own recipes on there. look at the back of the package, put in the calories and macros, then the second time and on you just have to click on it.
      weighing is the best form of calorie/macro counter

    I thought it was too good to be true I weighed 219 pounds you can laugh,make fun of me but in a week I weighed 209 I started crying because I never lost that much doing a diet but this one is the best

      Jesse Collins cutting carbs is better than cutting calories. when you cut calories you cut nutrition, when you cut carbs you cut glucose (i think)

      In can vouch for keto and say I have lost 11 pounds in 7 days but I am doing one meal a day keto which is considered extreme to start with. Iโ€™m 11 days in now starting at 239 Iโ€™m at 225 now. I didnโ€™t believe it until I researched and tried it myself. Your hunger changes after the first few days you adapt pretty quickly. I have a OMAD playlist on my channel with tons of info which is all I have used. Can be used for normal keto, one meal a day keto, and intermittent fasting.

    Weight Watchers were doing this diet 30yrs ago (called the ‘unit diet’ or ‘high protein/low carb diet’) – it’s not new & it really does work
