    Cravings come from couple different things.
    One of them is a imbalance in our body. There is a perfect status quo of all the hormones, vitamins, elements, neurotransmitters and such. Every time we have an imbalance our body screams for a fix. We are not necessarily interpreting it correctly and just grab the most comforting food easily available.
    Another one kind of comes from imbalance, but mostly in neurotransmitters. I call it emotional cravings. We tend to crave certain tastes in certain emotional situations.
    The best way is to educate yourself and be more intuitive with what your body actually craving for : is it love or sugar? 👩‍⚕️
