Is there any evidence of using sea salt shampoo good for thinning hair
Besides biotin and keratin what vitamins and minerals are required for thinning hair
doing a scalp cleanse can remove build-up, so yes to sea salt. Now personally i use Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo once a week for deep cleansing. If you have build-up in the hair, it can cause hair loss because new hairs can’t come through. I hear vitamin D is very important…it’ really acts like a hormone instead of a vitamin. I just started taking some. Most people are not getting enough. We get vitamin D from the sun, but i don’t like that because the sun can cause aging. So i just take a vitamin. Be careful with Biotin…i understand it can interfere with blood tests especially for the heart.
Thats not even her hair lol
Jai Sion she’s been on the show numerous times and yes that her hair.
Henna and Peppermint oil works best for shedding.

me:
ladies also don’t wear your hair pulled back in a pony tail. I did this for years and my hair looks thinner in the crown area. I now wear it up with small clips….loosely clipped. I never comb my hair wet and never use hair dryers now. Just let it dry naturally. I can see my hair is starting to look healthier now. I also started taking vitamins…especially vitamin D
