    And if you eat that bun, you are not now on a, “high fat, high calorie diet.”🙄 … It would be bad to eat the bun because you are now on a high fat, high SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR diet.

    The greatest thing I ever did was got off the Keto diet and then I learned to eat whole foods and yes calories matter on any diet. I eat plenty of fruit, whole grain bread. lean meats and I am mentally happy and thin. On Keto I was depressed with low energy. Portions matter it’s all about calories. You could loose weight eating candy bars if you do not go over your calories 🙂

    the problem I have with this is I have no gallbladder and I can’t digest fats so what do you do this kind of diet work for people with no gallbladder or what
