Dr Oz, get with the program. Fat is not the enemy sugar is. Ive been on keto six months and lost 30 pounds. The first week I started keto I was able to get off my blood pressure meds. Now that I’m just maintaining my weight loss I’m doing low carb and still feeling great. The old way of thinking about fat and that it causes heart disease and cancer just isn’t true

Oh please, eating carbs occasionally on keto isn’t dangerous. It’s actually a good idea, because it promotes metabolic flexibility. Can’t believe such scaremongering garbage is still being peddled by the mainstream. Get a clue.

That was more of a dirty keto meal plan. Not enough greens. A better dinner option would have been some grilled salmon or chicken thigh which are also fatty protein with some broccoli or asparagus cooked in butter or olive oil

I think this was a swing and a miss when the presenter suggested a bacon cheeseburger for dinner because people immediately jump to the conclusion that it’s a gimmick and a joke. It would have been much better and more accurate had he said “Salmon and broccoli for dinner.” Long story short, stop consuming refined sugars and HFCS. Strive for organics.
