Maybe you can time better when those recommendations appear… I couldn’t read number 7 at all and to read number 6 I had to go back wait for it to pop up on the screen and then pause it 😒 well it’s a good thing that I am vegan and don’t eat oysters! (The only word a get a glimpse of)
Cruciferous vegetables prevent cancer and should be first. Eggs increase the risk of multiple types of cancer and should not even be on the list.
