    Dear anyone reading this: if you don’t feel happy about yourself or your body right now, you need to know that you’re beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. Smile! Life is too short to be unhappy. Changes can always be made, but accept you for you in this moment. You are more than the body you live in.     This was the first blogilates video i ever did, 5 months ago. My life has changed completely. I am so happy and so grateful to have pilates (and cardio, of course!) in my life now and it’s crazy how different i am. Thank you so much Cassey :)) By the way, I used to have trouble with this video and now it was actually very easy for me. I am so much stronger lol!     This is my 17th day doing this workout. my legs are definitely more toned. I am a taller person with long legs and im wellbuilt and a bit muscular. The inside of my legs is a lot thinner. Im still waiting to see more results in my upper inner thigh but ive only gone through half of the month. I recommend this to everyone, your thighs will be awesome when you do this! thanks so much cassey i love you ! (btw im not following the calander, im doing this whole video every day)
    UPDATE: Finished 30 days and my legs are slimmer and super toned i love them they look like runner legs! dont get discoUrageD guys you are doing this for yourself and your body, PUSH THROUGH IT <3

    Who else does Cassey’s workouts with long sleeved cozy pyjamas, house slippers (long sleeved cozy pyjamas and house slippers in the WINTER only, not in the summer), and instead of a yoga mat, you do it on your bed?

    Hi. Can I share something with you guys? Because I’m so happy with the result. Actually I was doing this but stopped at the 20th day because I was so busy. Then I tried my lil sis’ jeans (my mum bought it for me but in wrong size so I just gave to my sis) And now I can fit it! I used to wear size 31 jeans but I can fit that size 28. I’m so excited and happy!! Thanks to you, Cassey. I will start again after I settle down all my works *-*

    I really like the sore, tender feeling I get the next morning after working out. But I hate working out because I feel so weak afterwards. This is the weirdest dilemma I have ever come across.

      Ya’ll have cool moms….but mine is just too strict..she doesn’t let me eat any unhealthy stuff … really!!..well I know she does likewise for my well-being only..lol

      @Sharda Vibhar It is pretty cool to have parents that let you eat anything, but sometimes it gets annoying. I’m trying to eat healthier, but since I have little siblings, the kitchen is full of chips, chocolate, ice cream, and basically every unhealthy stuff ever invented, so I just give up and eat unhealthy after a week XD

      I mean my mom isn’t too concerned with my weight as of now but she will tell me not to eat a lot of something because of “too many carbs”, “too much sugar” and that stuff. But she won’t stuff junk in my face.

    I finished this and I lost 2 inches from my thigh they were 30 inches and know they are 28 but my legs look a lot smaller

    GUYS!! if you want a toned thigh you should no MUST DO THIS WORKOUT!! i did it for two weeks and i can see a huge difference! This is my first time do a workout for a two weeks straight and i am not even regret it the result was amazing!! Everybody telling me that’s my thighs got smaller and toned iam really happy about the results thank you so much.!!
