I am 62 and have two meniscus tears and cartilage thinning. I cannot bend so much. I’m lucky I can still walk. Lol
You should research how good unflavored gelatin is for joint cartilage .

Reminds me a bit of DDPYOGA. I do that almost every day. That is better since it starts out for people who are stuck in bed and goes all the way to extreme one hour workouts

@Anna Saclolo yes. There are some free videos on YouTube but the most is on the website app that is paid subscription. It’s definitely worth it. There are also health recipes in it too.
