When you feel unhappy, immerse yourself in the contemplation of what you have.
Having the courage to stay true to yourself is the key to longer happiness.

-Appreciate someone who has done something for you recently.
-In your daily conversation use powerful words and inject things you are grateful for.
Confident people carry themselves differently and change their attitude to gratitude.
Then start to enjoy wisdom and kindness.
